Hi everyone,
This is my first time posting on this website, or on any forum for that matter. A little background on me, I was perscribed Zoloft about 3 months ago. 100mg is going to be my full dosage, and i've been on that for about 2 months. I was also prescribed Xanax for panic attacks.
I'm past all the initial side-effects of going on Zoloft, but I find myself being constantly tired and lethargic. It's difficult to motivate myself to exercise or go out with friends; often times, I find myself doing neither. I need to take at least one nap a day, as well as consume large amounts of caffeine.
The Zoloft has worked wonders for my anxiety, and I do not want to change anything with it.My psychiatrist has mentioned putting me on Ritalin (or any methylphenidate) to increase my very low energy levels. Has enough been put on a combination like this and felt that it has worked? If so, what are the side effects of these meds together? Bottom line, would you reccomend it?
Thanks so much!
