I stumbled upon this forum while looking for help with anxiety and loneliness.
Anyway, my names Jay, I am from the Berkshire.
I think I have suffered from depression and anxiety all my life, or for at least for as long as I can remember.
I was, in my mind anyway, let down by family and friends as a child and teenager. I think this may be why I find it hard to make new friends.
