Hi my name is brad and I'm super shy especially about women and public speaking but recently I was able to conquer one of my demons. I recently won an award at my work called employee of the quarter and I had to attend an award ceremony and give a speech. I was super nervous but thanks to these speech classes I had recently at the college I attend I was able to learn some techniques that helped me give a good speech. At one point during the speech I almost froze up like I had in college but I was able to pull through and give the whole speech.
