I didn't play GTA IV all the way through until 2011.

 

Even though I was really disappointed by GTA IV, I'm looking forward to this. It'll be one of those games that my wife and I can take turns playing, and one that I won't mind watching her play.

I hope the PC port comes out soon after, its usually about 6 months or so. I know I'm going to have to upgrade to play it. heh.

nice. I might wait awhile though until I can read alot of player reviews. As good as GTA IV was I got extremely bored very quickly. However I loved Red Dead Redemption, probably one of my all-time faves. Wish it would be released to pc so people could mod it.

I remember watching the first trailer when it came out and thinking the game would be out in May 2012.:roflOh how naive I was...

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to this game. It will be the first one I can legally buy aswell.

 

I used to be obsessed with San Andreas.

 

Why did I move here? Guess it was the weather...

 

I'm not sure if I actually want this game or not. I mean I used to love the GTA games on PS2, but after that era I pretty much lost interest in open world style games. They are just way too massive for me.

I guess it might be worth checking out when it does eventually come out.

 

I think I might need to invest in a console for this...hmm.

 

So here is some new info:

- There will be three protagonists who you will be able to switch between at almost any point, including missions.
- The game will be bigger than San Andreas, Liberty City and Red Dead Redemption combined
- lots of side activities like tennis and minigolf
- However, you won't be able to buy property and there won't be any body customization.

I cba to list anything else but it looks amazing. There is another trailer coming out on the 14th of November aswell.

Hopefully they release with mod support, i never played San Andres on the PC but apparently some of the mods people made for it were brilliant.

 

game system makers are ruining a potentially great game by not developing next gen consoles in time...

now we will have to endure a painful gaming experience by subjecting ourselves to obsolete graphics...

I just wish that when they die they all go to hell and be forced to play these... FOREVER!

Unfortunately they aren't going to be going with the RPG elements according to the GI article though, just clothing customization which is a bit of a bummer. Hopefully the differences between the 3 protagonists will be enough.

Agreed. But it will still sell millions lol. It does sound kindof cool to be able to switch between the characters. I hope after this GTA they work on a Bully or Red Dead sequel. Bully is extremely underrated imo. :no
