I was feeling confident the other night and chatted up this one girl at the bar. I was still working up some courage when she just asked me, "you're not going to leave this bar without asking me for my number, are you?"
So I did. And she gave it to me.
Come to think of it, that is probably the only time I've ever asked a chick for her number, even though she provoked it. Every other time has always been through some roundabout way or them just getting impatient and giving the number without my asking.
So this is a step forward, I guess.
