Anyone have tips for managing anxiety in a call center? I just trained for 10 weeks for a great company but hate the job. I look forward to my days off just so I'm not full of anxious feelings and dreading my shift. Every call is so different. There is no consistency to the types of calls I get. Mainly angry customers calling for resolution. This makes makes me feel on edge. I'm trying to stick it out but I'm struggling. Any suggestions?
