Err, before bed? Hmm not so sure about that for Zoloft. For me Zoloft was quite activating and very bad at causing or worsening insomnia.

Has anyone had any type of headache on Zoloft? The whole time I was on that I kept getting really horrible sinus type headaches that went away when I came off it.

I tried a lot of stuff for mine but they wouldn't go away. I actually believed it wasn't the meds for a while and thought I had a sinus infection, which I went to my doctor for and was given stuff for that. Didn't work though and neither did any type of pain killers, it only went away when I decided to come off it.

I think I know what you are talking about. This if I recall (if my memory serves me correctly) for me, was to do with the stomach related side-effects I experienced to begin with, they went away though.
