Basically front line medical workers who work directly with patients.

Are you affected by feelings of incompetency? Like you won't be able to handle whatever problem the next patient presents you with? That you'll make the wrong call? You won't be able to diagnose an illness correctly? How do you handle these feelings, especially in a field where a wrong call can directly affect a patient's health? Has your ability to deal with these feelings changed over time?

Have you screwed up? Have you seen others screw up? How have you/they handled those screw ups?
