When you're the most upset do you ever suddenly feel really motivated to change things? I go through this all of the time. I'll be doing alright because I won't have to do too many things that cause anxiety and then BAM. I'll go through something and realize how not alright I am and just break down and want to call my parents and confess to them everything about my SAD.

Right now I'm mega upset so I suddenly wanted to try and swallow my pills, but the thought of doing that still terrifies. Why am I so afraid to swallow these things? I know I won't choke, but I just can't bring myself to do it.
