When you're the most upset do you ever suddenly feel really motivated to change things? I go through this all of the time. I'll be doing alright because I won't have to do too many things that cause anxiety and then BAM. I'll go through something and realize how not alright I am and just break down and want to call my parents and confess to them everything about my SAD.

Right now I'm mega upset so I suddenly wanted to try and swallow my pills, but the thought of doing that still terrifies. Why am I so afraid to swallow these things? I know I won't choke, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

Yeah, being at my worst sometimes inspires me to try to change. When my anxiety caused my life to reach its worst point, that is what inspired me to start turning my life around.

Sure. It's easy to deny how SA affects you when thinkgs are at least bearable. It takes a big step back or some sort of breakdown to realize how much help you really need.
