Just had a visit from family talked away no make up if I may add which I feel I really need to have on .. I kept the conversation going not a bother kept my blush away by not thinking about it and just *staying in the now* keep in mind I still have a long way to go as I still have that shaky feeling in my hands 24/7 but that should stop if I stop fighting anxiety and except myself for me and hopefully a long way down the road I should be back to meeeeeeee !! Also gonna go out with friends tonight gonna keep pushing myself but accepting my faults (blushing) if it happens ... Every sucess story I have read about blushing is about a change in attitude and accepting your blush and it apparently eventually goes away !!!
