1. Use a telephone, but can text or email happily?
2. Say I'll go to a girls night/ selling party etc and actually GO on the night without pulling out
3. have guests over for parties and get togethers at our house and actually enjoy it without having a panic attack
4. Make real friends
5. Admit I have a problem to my parents
6. realise that people aren't necessarily taliking about me or slating me behind my back
7. go shopping with anyone other than myself or my partner
8. do anything with anyone one-to-one other than my partner
9. stop letting anxiety waste hours of the day away whilst I worry about the next upcoming stressful event
10. be a normal happy confident and self assured 36 year old woman?
