It blocks several serotonin receptors that act to essentially prevent permanent happiness -- the ones that cause SSRIs to be so awfully ineffective. Block them and you should get a sustainable feeling of E-like elation and heightened emotion. Combine it with an SSRI and you'll get something dangerously close to the MDMA experience at even relatively low doses.

Anyone tried it? I am broke and jobless, but soon will have enough money for a pack of yohimbine capsules and some carvedilol to block its annoying side-effects on heart rate and blood pressure.
