Are there alot of you out there who cant sleep? I hate it. Its not as bad as it used to be for me, but sometimes for a week in a row I will get maybe 1-3 or 4 hours of sleep, like today. I even keep regular sleep-wake times, dont eat anywhere close to bedtime, dont use caffiene etc. I am on an maoi, which induces the insomnia, but I take rozerem and klonopin to combat that. Sometimes now I will get a good 5-5 1/2 hours of sleep. It used to be alot worse. Rls and racing thoghts and so on. What do you guys do when you cant sleep?
