There is a 4 way intersection with no lights, 4 stop signs. Car A is coming from the east going across to the west. Car B comes from the north and stops waiting for car A to pass. Car B is headed south east, making a left turn. Car C comes from the south, headed north and stops at the stop sign after car B. Once car A has crossed fully, who has the right of way, Car B or car C?
