Not sure how this will go but ah well
for the past 7 months iv been going through a very bad case of social anxiety and it's just starting to be a bit much now iv been told iv had it for a few years but only noticed when it got aggressive and took a physical form7 months ago but im just finding it hard dealing with the impacts its haven on me any suggestions on how others have dealth with the life change?
Just need someone to kinda give me advice cause I'm sure everyone here understands and no one I know understands how I feel
and thank you for taken the time to read this

Yes anger is common with anxiety,so you're not alone.
I have been angry,tired and frustrated and would pick holes in everyone.Now I'm learning to relax a bit more and finding enjoyable things to do.

These good thoughts and dedication will hopefully trigger some positives and make things a lot better:)
