It's all about how we actually talk to yourself on different levels. And about how to rewrite the negative programming we have and replace it with positive.

It's super interesting too how he talks about how the brain works and how we actually determine and act on our actions.

Like one of the most interesting things he says is that, after retracing how we've acted in almsot any situation, almost everything about us and our world, our emotions, our actions, our thoughts, are all based on something that doesn't have to be true at all.

Belief. Almost all our actions are based on what we believe.

And what we believe... well... that can be anything.

So think about that.

Lastly, you know I recommend this simply because just reading it made me feel better, and it's full of different ways to go about changing how you talk to yourself in EVERY situation in life.

It's a awesome book, doesn't cost much, and I recommend it to everyone.

(Also his name is Shad Helmstetter which is cool)

This one is sitting on my bookshelf, too. I read it about four months ago, I think. I don't agree with everything he said -- he does, I think, stray into the Norman Vincent Peale "Power of Positive Thinking" mode at times -- but overall, I think it was a good read. His techniques are definitely worth trying.

Heh, I'm looking for this book in my local bookstore.
Unfortunately, I can't find any. I guess it is an old book
that I only can find through the internet. :blank
