I have never been bonded but i always assumed it meant if you have any criminal convictions - that you would not be bondable. A bond is like an insurance policy, that if you should steal from the company ect the insurance company would pay for loses. They check you out to be sure you are a good risk. I am not sure if it would also cover acts of incompetence.

Oh ic. Ha, no wonder those places never called me back - I put no and no for both questions, lol. I've always assumed it was something bad since it was always asked after the "have you ever been convicted of a crime" question. Guess I have to go back and refill some forms :lol

Don't worry, Geek. It's not as bad as answering "No" for Sex(M/F). :lol

I still don't know what D/M/F/V or whatever those letters are when it comes to hiring people. :stu.
