When I commit to cardio it always adds a positive boost into my life, it's rare for me to do it but when I do it's effective, it makes me feel good, and when I'm also committed to weight lifting to the point that it shows results it's a great confidence booster. If you have the motivation on hand you should take advantage of it, there's nothing to lose and plenty to gain.I'm looking forward to using the treadmill again. Now that I have a corner in the basement to workout in, I'm going to start the C25K again. I did it before, so I think it'll be easy enough. I remember how good it felt. I have to find the weights too, I think they're in my brother's old room. I might buy a couple kettle weights. And I should bring down my resistance bands. Maybe I'll buy a bench at some point too. Sorry, I'm rambling about nothing. I just want to feel better.
