And though I was with my husband and son, I was having a really, really hard time. I have to take 2 ativans and I was still on edge!

And then, when we switched trains, we get on and see everyone DANCING! They all had headphones and were just dancing up and down the train... we could see them in all the other cars too.

Then, we hit our stop, and they all stop and got off the train in a big group, cheering and clapping.

:clap It was so brilliant. I completely forgot my anxiety and just kept grinning thinking about the whole thing.

Granted, I had taken 2 ativan, but still, it was amazing...

Yeah they totally made my day- and in fact made it better since I was about to have a melt down.

It's ironic that they were all doing something that I can never, ever see myself doing... and the idea of that would be enough to make my hands shake, but yet that is what made my near panic attack stop! :boogie
