and got my hair cut yesterday, first time I had been since I was about 10-11years old Im 23 now..it wasnt so bad!
She listened to me, and was very paitent took her time and even gave me a lolly when I had finished lmao!!
I got a kinda daring style done too. I didnt know this but all the girls in the shop were watching as the hair dresser had been doing my hair I only saw once she had finished and I could turn around. Anyway spent the rest of the day so super proud of myself hehe.

I remember I used to be very anxious about going to get my haircut, but as I've worked on my social anxiety over the years I've come to look forward to it.
