No really, waiting is a fun movie. I just saw it the other night with a couple buddies, and couldn't stop laughing the whole time... It's a movie, based on working in the service industry... There really isn't a story (thats why critics gave it lousy reviews) but its packed full of humor (thats why the average person, gave it a good review at yahoo.com) and experiences that many people that work in the service industry can relate too. It's on the dirty side, so I guess it won't appeal to everyone..
I give it a 8 out of 10.
