I have severe social anxiety, but I've stumbled upom somethingthat is giving me some relief. My anxiety is getting less and less every day. I started taking vitamin B12, calcium, vitamin D, magnesium and fish oil. In just a week I feel so much better. I'm talking more, going out more and my general anxiety is almost gone. Try it, it might work for you.

I do all that and I can't say it's made in difference, but this brings me to the idea that whilst we all here are suffering from anxiety, we didn't all get here the same way. What works for some people will not work for others.
