Well, I am out of therapy now and my social anxiety has not improved much, but they have given me tools to work with. I have also started a Vlog on youtube to help me face my social anxiety demon. In the video I say I'm thinking of Vlogging everyday, but I'm probably not exciting enough to keep up with that plan.
