well,
yesterday my mom and i were discussing which school i wanted to go thru (homeschool) and then i jokingly said, i would love to try tech once more, because im now on xanax. heh...well she called the school...the culiary arts was filled up the minute i left, but there was an opening in medical arts, ( i wanna be a dietician) so im trying it again. still a bit nervous. but i have to ask myself whats the worst that can happen...its only school.....and ill be fine. i think i got nervous the first day because i walked in and started the day off with a fire drill :hide ...we all had to go all the way back outside...someone had pulled the alarm...great way to start my day. eh..this is my goal...i hope i can do it...i wanna stay in school for the rest of this year if not the next 3...ill see what happens.... :afr :um :afr

Last fall and spring I had a terrible time in school. I had terrible anxiety showing up to class so I would skip at every opportunity. Obviously I did terrible.

The summer I just decided to force myself to get my act together. I forced myself to go to every class and suprisingly when you go to class you do well.

I thik you hit the nail on the head, Just continue to think positive and make sure to show up every day. I find when you start to skip classes the avoidant personality kicks in and your sa becomes worse and worse.

Good luck in school, a dietician sounds like a very cool profession. Keep us informed.
