I'm curious too. But I'm working on making my own suggestopedia recording and or a super sleep recording. I kind of think it would work better if you had a recording in your own voice that addressed your particular core issues, beliefs,ANTs related to your particular case of SA. The hard part is coming up with the right script. I found this useful youtube on how to make a super sleep recording...

i think thats a bad idea.

why make your own when smeone has already made exactly hat you need ?

i understand what you are saying about wanting to make your own script about your own particaular beleifs, issue ants etc.... i know we all have our own individual sa issues but wat you need to understand isTHINKRIGHTNOW COVERS EVERYTHING.

lets look at an example:

person a) fears revealing his real self cos he beleives ''if i let people see the real me they will look for faults ad criticize me for them ''

person b) fears revealing his real self cos he beleives ''if i let people see the real me then people will realize how boring i am an reject me ''

both of these people have social anxiety but its different for both of them. one fears rejection and one fears critism and they both have different beleifs.

it sounds likea good idea for both of them to wirte their own scripts such as :

person a) - '' if i let people see the real me they will recognize my strenghs and praize me for the'' '' if people criticize me then that just means tha they are trying to deflect their own weakness's onto me''

person b)- ''if i let people see the real me then they will see how interesting i am and accept me'' '' if people reject me then that just means we dont have anything in common ''

but 1)there are so many floors to this and 2) its not nessicary

mike brecsia, the creator of thinkrightnow, covers everything and he doesntleave 1 stone unturned. he has got every single statement nessisary on his cd to 1) get rid of your old limiting belefis and 2) install in you the beleifs of non scially anxious people

for example ''i have let go of all fears about letting other people see the real me '' will blow out person a) and person b)'s fears about revealing their real selves. that statements will do this without having to speciafically addresse a perons individual beleifs

mike is an expert , he knows what he is doing. with any problem a peron will have certain beleifs that fall into certain catagoryes like environment , capabilitys, identity, etc... etc.... and mike knows about all of this stuff, he is an expert.
he studied about SA and done lotsof research to uncover all of the belefs that SA people have. he found about 900 dfferent beelifs and he has createda cd that deals with every single one

*THERE RE FLOORS TO THIS*

mikes cds are very professional. th soundtrack is brilliant and its 60 beats per minute which gets you into the right state. the womans voice is excellent. you have gt to geturself into a hypnotic state before hearing the staements . the cd does this for you

its very unlikely that you could create a cd as good as this with the hypnotic stae induction, te great sounding musci and the perrfect voice

and also like i sed earlie beleifs fall into many catagories enviroment, capabilites, identity etc... and unless you have knowledge in all of this stuff you are not capable of creating the right statemnts

nobody will ever create a better cd for social anxiety than the thinkrightnow one

its likea professional chef creating the perfect sandwich for you and offering it to you on a palte only for you to turn it down and go and make your own inadeqaute one

first of all there i a hypnosis/relaxation session to get you into the right stae for yu to absorb the statements.

the relaxation session only lasts about 3-4 minutes and itjust consists of deep breathing and relaxing each body part etc....

then it moves onto the statements and yes you are right each statement is repeated 3 times 8 seconds apart. the statemetns are read out by a woman with a fantastic soothing voice an there is also relaxing 6 beats per minute soothing music

there are 2 types of statemetns 1) releasing 2)installing

if to paint a metal bar first you remove the rust then add the new lickof paint. if dont remove the rust 1st then the newpaint will eventually just wear off.

its the same with beleifs. if you want to adopt the beleif system of a non socially anxious person you must first remove the non socially anxious beleifs .

so the releasing statments rlease you old beleifs and the installing statemtns install the new belefis

i think ive got the whole list of staemtns for one of te thinkrightnow cd's (i dont know if its the social anxiety one) so ill see if i can a post a link fr you in a minute .

but in he mean tie here is a quick example :

releasing -''i have let go of all fears of rejection''

installing - '' i am a very interesting and whorth while person ''

unfortunatley ive deleted my list of statements from the SA cd but here s the full list of statemtns from thinkrightnow' ''end procrastination cd'':

I am confident that I can do anything I set my mind to

yep the end procrastination , unstoppable motivation have worked perfectly for me , amazing results. the social anxiety one took a lot of time for me to see changes but that is expected as ive had severe SA for over 20 years since i was just 5 years old . never the less as time went on i seen great re****s with the SA one although i didnt listen to it long enough to fully cure my SA (cos that would take years )

listening to the confidence one at the mo , let u no of my results

wow , i have some really positive progress to report from listening to the confidence cd.

i listened for the 1st time last night and i seen some great result today . i was in the job centre sitting with this woman for about half an hour , and usually is there all nervous but today i was so confy and calm. and when she asked me questions my voice was so loud, clear and strong , usually is quit , mumbling and nervous. and i noticed that instead of just giving her one liners i actually started adding in more to my sentenses. and then when i got up to leave the room i sed ded loud , clear and might i add friendly and bubbly '' alrite i'll see you next week then , terrar''. usually i just get up and leave and mumble ''bye'' so that i dont draw attention to myself , but this time i attracted a lot of attention becasue of how loud i spoke and i liked it. also i had to fone up a job whilst i was there, and the room was silent when i did it, and about 5 people all heard me. usually i would blush cos the attention was on me but this time i stayed perfectly cool and calm, no sign of blushing what so ever .

when i left the job centre and was walking down the busy street i noticed that i felt really calm and relaxed, and that i was looking at people and my body posture was really confident. usually im a self concious wreck when walking down the street and i just do not look at people. so i was really pleased with myself that i decided to go into the busy shopping centre just to test out my new confidence

and i got a pleasant suprise. usually i cant stand walking through that place cos there are so many people and i just get so self concious . but i walked through today and i felt so calm and relaxed that i actaully enjoyed walking through there. again my posture was great and i was looking people in the eye and enjoying it. i did have one little tiny moment of self conciousness when i turned a corner and noticed some girl was watching me, i got a little self cocnious and nnervous but i recovered very quickly , and 95% of my time there was spend being confident and only 5% being self concious .

ive only listened once and already seen results. the thing ive noticed most with this is that i feel calm , cool and relaxed, my posture is really good, my voice is very strong and clear , and most of all im so outwardly focused instead of being self concious. im focused on things around me and enjoy looking at people

i think the confidecne one is a really great cd judging by my results so far

I tried this for about 2 weeks and didn't really notice any change. I just don't think it is practical although the concept sounds like it makes sesnse. I find it very difficult to force myself to listen to this over and over again.

well done. That is why these Cd-s are perfect. I am using them every day and the result is amazing
