I'm in grade 10 and have very severe SA, there are two events coming up in the next 2 weeks that I am dreading and having attacks over even though I'm not sure what will happen. The first is in one of my classes, we are suppose to do debates, in front of the class (my number one fear) that usually last the whole class!! This teacher does not know about my SA. Anyone have tips for this?? And the second situation is Secret Santa in my French class. I chose not to participate in the secret Santa (because of my SA) and the thing I'm worried about is people staring at me or just the fact about being like the odd one out during the gift exchange ( if you understand me) this teacher is aware of my SA and is very supportive. This is my first post and any help would be appreciated.

Whatever topic you'll be detating on, do some intensive research on it and study it. That way you'll have lots to say.

Do that and visualise yourself being the star man of the debate every single day.
