What are some of things you like to do when you're stressed or feeling overwhelmed that help you relax? It could be a hobby or activity or a place you like to go. Or it could be hanging around certain people. Whatever works for you.
I do like to do aerobic exercise, mostly running, to keep myself halfway sane but I haven't had as much time for it this summer and I still have a lingering cold that has shut me down of late. I've been able to keep up some non-aerobic physical activity but I may go bonkers if I don't get out for something more soon. I should go explore somewhere this weekend.
