That is the title of chapter 5 of "Mindwise" by Nicholas Epley. He quotes David Foster Wallace, Infinite Jest "You will become way less concerned with what other people think of you when you realize how seldom they do."
Let us remember, my fellow SA sufferers that people around us do not stop and spend to much time thinking of our problems or issues. The world does not revolve around me or you even though at times it feel as though it does. One problem of "being at the center of your own universe is that its easy to overestimate your importance in it, both for better and worse." Epley
Let us move forward today and be less self-centered and concerned what others may think of us. Because they aren't. Enjoy today. The sun will be up tomorrow no matter what we do.
