The story is too short and the author is thoroughly nuts, ok it's late and I'm being silly. :kma

Read it, loved it.

Still haven't gotten around to reading Absalom, Absalom! though. I've been meaning to do that for years.

i found absalom to be more difficult and less enjoyable than 'the sound and the fury'

im now set to begin reading the snopes trilogy.

My order of preference:

  1. Absalom, Absalom! (perhaps my favorite novel of all time)
  2. The Sound and the Fury
  3. The Snopes Trilogy (especially The Hamlet)
