wow, dont beat yourself, cause you should congratulate urself to even be capable of going to the groceries! so CONGRATS!! i can't even go to a grocery or anywhere, i have tried but i just stay in the car crying and get back to my home. Its terrible, but be glad u fight it out. ;-)

Same I was thinking. I can't go to the grocery until I really have no other choice.
