Explanation

What does that mean ? All I know is that it's Probably Offline's signature .
If someone say something that is sexual in a non sexual context, people say "That's what she said" as a way to point out that it is sexual. For example, say "That cake is too small. We need you to make it bigger" "That's what she said!"

It's juvenile, to say the least.

I think it's such a ****ty joke, it's hilarious. Basically the perfect retort in any conversation. Really. Guaranteed to make everyone love you.

And no. It's not sexist. Sexism is prejudice/discrimination based on someone's sex.

Do women think it's sexist when a guy says "that's what she said" as a joke?
I don't know but it sounds really stupid. I might actually think this sentiment is mildly amusing if it was phrased another way but it just sounds boneheaded when someone says this.

It's not sexist, just overused and a bit old. Besides I've heard people say "That's what he said" as well.

My ex always used to say this in reference to something non sexual.

"Yes I just watched that show yesterday, it was pretty good"
"That's what SHE said."

"Cereal is yucky"
"That's what she said!!"

Trololol.
