So I attend this therapy group weekly (young adults) and I actually stayed after group and we all chatted for like 3+ hours. Plus, we all made plans to hang out this Friday. I'm just pretty excited since I actually have potential to make friends here. It was also equally weird having a group member come up to me at school today and we also chatted a bit. Like I couldn't believe I was actually having a conversation with someone. I was shy/anxious of course but was able to hold a conversation and not freak out. I've been forcing myself to participate in class and the possibility of doing a class presentation doesn't seem so far out of my reach anymore. I even struck up a conversation with a classmate in child development today since I shared another class with the girl. I'm just making some great changes lately and I feel like I'm starting to get a little better. Wewt.

That's really great especially if one of them goes to your school. I hope you continue to make progress.
