Does anyone do tai chi? I haven't tried it, but I've heard it can help with all sorts of health disorders including anxiety, and help to lower your stress level significantly. I have a video that I picked up from a flea market that is yang long form, so maybe I'll give it a try.

Lol ^ I used to love that move. Wouldn't it be great to expel energy from your body in the form of some kind of fireball power in real life.

Gah. It;s been years since I've played Streetfighter.

Back to topic - nope I havent but it looks good. i saw some people doing it in a park once and it looks very relaxing.

My mother does it and enjoys it.
One of the greatest things is that you do it early in the morning around sunrise and so straight away, if you're getting up that early each day, it works wonders on your mood.

Waking up at lunch is counter-productive. (Even more-so if it's accompanied by a hangover.)

Early mornings are beautiful; dewy sweet.

I feel it's great for martial arts to refine your form. It's also a superior balance exercise. Tack on weights and resistance and you got yourself a challenge.
