Hey guys,

I've managed to lose around 30 pounds this past Summer working out with Tae Bo and Billy's Bootcamp. :banana I'm surprised at how effective they were, and I'm even more pleasantly surprised to learn that exercise really does heighten mood and decrease anxiety! (If only I could just exercise my SA completely away!) I've been largely sedentary nearly most of my Life, but only recently have I started to focus on fitness.

Is anyone aware of any other Tae Bo-like workouts I can play with my DVD player?
