I was skeptical about supplements from the beginning. I never even thought of them at first, because I thought it was a bunch of natural bull**** that wouldn't work, yet I was scared about trying medication because of the dependancies/side effects, and talking to my doctor. I was so relieved to find out that supplements actually do work, sometimes better than medicine. The only problem is, there are so many supplements out there! Can anyone suggest a website that lists all of them and describes them, or a book or something? Ive heard the mood cure is a good one. Can anyone confirm this?

well if anyone else is still reading this, i got some info on stuff, and heres what im gunna do.
Once I get a job, im gunna get started on some magnesium, vitamin b complex, and fish/flax oil. Since i only have a minor case of SA, these should help a lot. from there i wana experiment with kava kava and rhodiola rosea
