Acetyl-L-Carnitine 1.5g
L-Tyrosine 1.5g
Ginseng 1.1g
Ginkgo Biloba 240mg
B-Complex and Vitamin C (makes the Tyrosine work better)

Taking it at night, purpose is to keep me mentally awake for 5 hours. What are your thoughts? Is this over doing it? Any suggestions for better supplements? Caffeine doesn't do anything for me so I have to resort to this.
