hi all. i'm a 19 year old college student. i successfully made it through my first year of school but the summer session is proving to be lonely. all my roommates have left and even though i didn't like them i liked having someone in my apartment. i have two classes this summer, us history and statstics, and so far I have an A in both but with no friends it is a lonely place. it would be nice to talk to someone.

Just a quick idea. Ask someone in your class if they want to study with you before the test. Thats usually how I make friends in my classes. Its a win win situation. 1. you do better on the tests and 2. now you have a new friend or two in the class.
