Hello all,

This is my first post as a member so I am going to just flat out ask: What are your suggestions for coping with social anxiety disorder? Any particular forms of therapy or any special exercises? What are the best medicines? I am 29 years old and the anxiety has really reached the point where its starting to seriously affect my life personal, professional, and social life. Any advice that anyone could provide would be of great help.
