Hi all,

I did make a goal list a while ago, but somehow I feel I need to put it in a blog or something. It was much too long for people to read.

But here's the summary:
1) exercise, lose 15 pounds in 1 year
2) get out more and meet new people
3) socialize more with coworkers
4) stop being negative about myself
5) write a journal entry every weekend
6) write down list of positive traits and reflect on that list every 2 weeks
7) put situations into perspective and look at the bigger picture
8) learn to cope with SA at work
9) make some new friends on this forum.

Hey thanks, AJ.

lol.....I didn't expect anyone to respond to this thread because it is VERY long-winded. I should have posted this in my blog or something....and then summarized it here.

So far, I haven't been up exercising because I'm battling a flu virus right now. I've had it for 4 days so far, and it is a biotch. :(

But, I have started on the journal thing. I've written down some core good traits I like about myself, and I still have few more to jot down to reflect upon.

Little by little, said the tortoise to the hare......
