Hello all! I'm new here and I do have socialanciety disorder and I work in the Mental Health field. I am currently trying to develop an app to help people with social anxiety and other isolation issues. I would love if some people could give me feedback to the following questions:
1. What are the top challenges you face for social anxiety/isolation?
2. If you were to use an app for social anxiety, what aspects would you want to see on this app? (ie assessments, resources, live chats etc.)
3. What are some other things that helped you with social anxiety or improve your symptoms?
