Many of you say your anxiety makes you say no quickly. Well for me its the opposite, to avoid comfrontations, i usually just say yes, its become somewhat of a habit. So here I am sitting on the train, from college, and this girl turns to me and says "are you interested in helping plan to college graduation ball this year"

Before I knew what was happening I said, "sounds like fun" next thing I know, she is writing down my number in a little notebook.

Well, there's no way I can avoid the ball now :D
I know deep down that backing down from this will only feed my S.A.

Here's to hoping I won't be dateless on said november night.

p.s. the girl that asked me to volunteer, is my friend's girlfriend.. so that angle is not an option :|

Yay sounds cool! Good for you for saying yes and knowing that backing down won't help your SA. Have fun planning and attending the ball :)
