So i have been suffering from some sleeping problems for several months... i thought its because i dont spend enough energy but i have been jogging for two weeks almost every day and honestly today i can hardly move my leggs due to muscle pain, and yet i cant bloody sleep, i dont really have school / work to wake up at the moment early but i still set my alarm clock to 7/8 so my biologicall clock will be fine.. any tips / advice?;/
