Sims 3?

Yeah, I play sims pretty regularly, but sims 3 isn't out yet that I know of. I pre-ordered it and it's due to be shipped June 2nd.
I go to MTS. I love their downloads so much. I still download customs because I like sims 2 still and will play it until 3 comes out.

The Sims 3 isn't out yet, and yes, I love the sims.

I'm really excited for the sims 3, but I don't think my computer can handle it.

I am actually considering buying a new computer so that I can play the sims when it comes out. *shame*

I LOVE the sims! I can't wait for the new one to come out (and I have to get a new computer that will handle it )

when you guys download the custom things for sims 2 and expansion packs, how do you get them to work? I always have some sort of trouble whenever I try

i love the sims, but i haven't been able to play in months because my computer is getting too old. i guess when i get a new computer (next spring when i graduate :[ ) i'll get ts3 as well.

Ohh its not out yet? just been seeing it advertised around the shops and stuff, though might be out already. Oh wells looks like Ive got more waiting to do!

A tutorial. beware of bad downloads, you'll get a few and you will know when you do, Ive had plenty of download related issues like game shuts down, game wont load etc. Its a pain in the arse to find the 'bad' download with 4 gig to look through. LOL.

I started off downloading from MTS, but they seem to have less downloads these days? Ive subsribed to the sims resource a few times, thats where you get the 'quality customs', and its so worth it!

I loved Sims. I got so addicted to it back when I would play it at my friends house. I ended up buying it for myself, but my computer couldn't handle it and would freeze if I did anything complicated. It would even take like 30 minutes just to load the game. So annoying!

I'm a big Sims fan. I have all the Sims 2 expansion packs. Unfortunately I doubt my computer will be able to handle Sims 3.

Yes, they do seem to have less and less. People are all getting ready for the sims 3 and not so focused on 2 anymore. I have a lot of favorite creators on there, though, so it's where I tend to stay.
I do have an account at TSR, but I haven't been in a little while. They have some really good downloads, too. As you can tell, I have a huge downloads folder.

And I have a good computer now (just got it in August of last year), but might have to upgrade it for Sims 3, which will cost money, but I'll manage. I have to since I pre-ordered it.

I am a closet Sims players as well! I was a bit miffed that they pushed the release date as far back as mid year, but hopefully it will mean it will be more polished with minimal bugs. My brother just built a new high performance gaming rig so I'm not worried about doing any upgrades for it. The last family computer was about 4 years old and probably would've struggled, but I have heard that the developers did try to minimise the system requirements for older pc's, so in comparison to other new releases it's requirements will be much lower.

I'm really looking forward to Sims 3!! I gave all of my Sims 2 games to my sister last year and last month I really wanted to start playing again. Since Sims 3 comes out in June I wasn't going to waste money buying it again so i downloaded Sims 2 +most of the expansions on torrent and have been playing just about everyday now. Sims 3 looks amazing can't wait to get my hands on it. I'll be making a shy sim for sure hehe
