I have been diagnosed with social phobia and depression and my type of social phobia is quite bad, i block when even answering basic questions such as the name of someone, etc... I am quite scared about the side effects of medication but my group therapy is not working well, today i fell due to anxiety and broke a chair lol i also totally froze, said nothing when asked and that was quite embarrassing, i have alot of will to change my condition even thought i have been over thinking and that´s not helping me, do you advice me to focus in something else? this problem is something i have to solve, no matter the effort and i prefer to do it in a natural way, i know my emotions, i know my personality, should i create situations to confront my fears? will it be fast? what do you suggest me?
