Reboxetine or Atomoxetine should in theory counter the cardivascular side effects of PEA + Selegiline, but I haven't tried it out so I don't know if it does work as expected in reality. Using the combined alpha / beta blocker carvedilol is an other strategy.

As a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor wouldn't the Reboxetine cause more cardivascular side effects? The beta blockers would counter it for sure.

By blocking the norepinephrine transporter it should protect against increased blood pressure & pulse rate caused by PEA + Selegiline. Pure beta blockers on the other hand could make things even worse.
