I've been reading the forums and I'm not sure which supplement to try first.
I want something that will make me feel more relaxed and be my self around people. I want to be able to talk to people without feeling nervous and my heart beating fast.

Which supplement would you recommend?

I was thinking about trying, Magnesium Taurate?
