i love this movie. i saw it because people said vice city was based on the movie. tony is so cool hes not afraid of people. i liked it when the guy was hung from a helicopter, when tony shot the guy in the car because he didn't want to blow up the kids, and probably a famous line from the movie "say hello to my little friend" BOOM!!! i can see some similarities with vice city like tony killing that guy and taking his mansion and Tony's partner is like lance Vance and the mansion does look alot like Diaz's. what i don't get is why did that guy tony was working for (the guy tony took his girl and mansion off) try to get tony killed? and did that stuck up woman even like tony at all? it seemed like tony just forced her to marry him.
Robert Loggia tries to have Tony killed because he thinks Tony is trying to take over his operation.He is always sniffing around Loggia's wife, and begins to make all sorts of drug deals without even consulting Loggia, or giving him a piece of the action....Tony dreams the American Dream, get a beautiful wife, lots of money, beautiful home etc.After he gets all that he realizes that he is still not happy....He hates himself, his life, his wife etc.He decides that he wanted a more normal life, family and kids instead.
By then it's too late to get, and his wife has done too much drugs to be able to have kids....Michelle Pfeiffer marries Tony because she has nothing else going for her except looks....She, like Tony at the beginning, only dreams of money, drugs, and materialism....She really doesn't have any other options but to marry Tony, if she wants to maintain the life that she is accustomed to....There is actually going to be a Scarface computer and console game that is coming out in Jan. 2006....It is going to be similar to the Grand Theft games, with Tony surviving the attack on his house, and out to kill his enemies in Miami....
