I will be going to a support group tomorrow night (not anxiety related), and it's my second time attending. I am really hoping to be able to say something about myself or contribute to the conversation in some way. I thought I would write it here as a goal so I feel like I have someone to report back to :)

Say your name during the introductions, and you'll have told them "something" about yourself and contributed in "some way". ;) Good luck.
