Which of your safety behaviours have you kicked so far?
Such as avoiding eye contact, keeping yourself out of sight etc.
Since I started therapy 5 years ago, I've only managed to stop staying as close to whoever I'm out with in shops and social events, I can now wonder around by myself..
and I can look a person in the eye when I'm talking to them.
I don't always over prepare myself anymore either, like getting the correct amount of change out before I've even entered the store, or rehearsing what to say about 100 times before a social situation
