This morning I got up around 5:30am, had a nice breakfast, and finally decided I should go for a bike ride around town instead of using my stationary bike down in the basement dungeon. It was great! I rode my old Dyno Comp trick bike that is still in one piece from when I was a teenager. I felt like a kid again, but man, I can't believe how much energy I used to burn when I would ride that thing around town all day working on my jumps.

Anyway, feeling proud of myself because I have been getting closer and closer to agoraphobia the last few years. There was a nice cool breeze from the rain last night, and everything was sparkling. Ahhh... such a great feeling. If anyone is trying to get up the courage to do this, let me tell you it is well worth it. Just go out right when the sun is coming up if you want to avoid people.

Glad that you had a great time :) I have a hard time convincing myself to go out, but once I'm outdoors I feel much better.
